Delivery FAQs

Postage and returns

  • Is delivery free of charge?

    Yes. All of our tests are delivered free of charge to any mainland UK address. Unfortunately, we cannot yet deliver tests internationally.

  • Is the return postage included?

    Yes. A Royal Mail Tracked 24 bag is included with all our tests. Simply put your test in the bag as per the instruction and pop it in your nearest post box.

  • Where is my test kit?

    If you have chosen a test that can be done at home by yourself, the kit is usually despatched within one working day by our lab partner (The Doctors Laboratory) using Royal Mail First Class. They normally arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Occasionally, kits may be delayed in the postal system.

  • Is the delivery packaging discreet?

    If your kit has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact our support team using the contact form, email us at hello@exploremyhealth.co.uk or call 020 3879 0020, and we'll send you a replacement kit free of charge.

  • How quickly do I need to post my sample?

    If you have chosen to have your blood taken by our phlebotomy partner, you won't receive a kit. The medical professional will provide everything required.

  • Do you post internationally?

    Unfortunately, we can't offer our screening service to anyone living outside of the UK at present.
